Why is my account locked?

Account lockouts on BastionGPT typically trace back to billing issues, but a few other triggers can come into play. Here's how to quickly diagnose the cause, regain access, and keep your secure AI workflow running without interruption.

BastionGPT accounts are most often locked due to an overdue subscription balance, though security checks and unusual sign-in activity can also trigger a lockout. You can review your status at https://bastiongpt.com/billing, but be sure to sign in with the billing email used at registration, which may differ from your everyday login. If you have trouble getting to that page, see how to reach the billing portal. Check your inbox for overdue payment notices from [email protected], and reach out to that same address if you need help confirming your billing email, clearing a security flag, or restoring access. I paid, but my account is still locked

If your payment failed recently and you have just updated your card or paid the outstanding invoice, access is usually restored automatically within a short time. Log out and back in after a few minutes.

If the account has been overdue for longer (months rather than days), it generally will not unlock on its own, even after payment. Email [email protected] with the email address on the account and we will restore access. Unlock requests are processed within 24 hours, and most are handled much sooner.

I signed up for a new trial, but my account is still locked

Trials are limited to one per customer within six months. Starting a second trial with the same email does not unlock a locked account. If your situation has changed and you want to evaluate BastionGPT again, contact support and we will help directly.

My subscription was cancelled. How do I come back?

The billing portal cannot restart a cancelled subscription. Email [email protected] or use this chat, and we will reactivate your account, usually the same day.
