There are two convenient paths in. From the BastionGPT website, open the Login drop-down menu in the top right corner and choose "Billing Portal." If you're already working inside the platform, drafting clinical documentation, reviewing therapy notes, or dictating a chart, you don't need to leave your session. Click your name in the top right, select "Settings" from the dropdown, and then choose "Billing Portal" near the bottom of the settings window.
Once inside, you'll find the tools most healthcare organizations need to keep their accounts in order. You can view monthly statements to track charges across billing cycles, update or change payment methods as cards expire or financial details shift, and print invoices for internal records, expense reporting, or practice accounting. Everything is designed to take only a minute or two, so administrative overhead never pulls attention away from patient care. One important note on access: the portal uses the email address tied to your payment information, which isn't always the same address you use to sign in to the platform itself. This is a common point of confusion, especially at larger practices where an office manager or billing coordinator sets up the subscription on behalf of providers. If the verification email doesn't arrive, check spam first, then reach out to the support team with your full name and organization so they can look up the correct billing contact on file.

What the portal can and cannot do
In the billing portal you can update your card, change plans, view invoices and receipts, and cancel. Two things require support instead: switching between monthly and annual billing, and removing a saved card entirely. Email [email protected] for either and we will take care of it.
Common billing questions
An unexpected or prorated charge after changing plans. Plan changes take effect immediately, so Stripe bills the difference for the remainder of the period right away, including during a trial. If a charge surprises you, contact support with the date and amount; if it is wrong, we refund it.
Getting a receipt or invoice. Every charge has an invoice in the portal. If you need receipts re-sent (for example for 2025 expenses), ask support and we will email them.
Payment methods. We accept major credit and debit cards, and US bank (ACH) payments. Organizations that cannot pay by card (such as school districts) can ask about invoice billing.
Requesting a refund. Email [email protected] with the invoice number, or the receipt email, or the last four digits of the card, plus the email used for billing. That is all we need; you never need to find Stripe transaction codes.
