Getting Started
For New Customers
1. Choose Your Plan and Team Size
Visit our pricing page: https://bastiongpt.com/#pricing
Select your plan: Professional or Professional Plus
Click the quantity selector (shows "qty 1" by default)
Use the + and − buttons to match your team size
Click Update
2. Complete Your Purchase
Enter your company's billing email address
Select your payment method (Card or US bank account)
Click Start trial to begin
3. Set Up Your First Team Member After checkout, you'll immediately create the first user account. This uses one of your purchased seats.
For Existing Customers
1. Add More Seats
Log into your Billing Portal
Click Update Subscription
Increase the quantity to your new total team size
Continue to the team invitation process below
* Please note that due to a limitation of our payment system, increasing the quantity of your subscriptions during the trial period will activate a payment immediately. If you would like to add more trial users to your account during the trial phase, you can contact [email protected] with the desired number of new subscriptions and we will make that update.
Adding Your Team Members
Once you have purchased the correct number of subscriptions, invite team members using these dedicated signup links:

Share the appropriate link with each team member. They'll create their own secure account and automatically join your subscription. To register their account, they will be asked to verify their email address and select a secure password. They will not be prompted to enter in payment information.
Important: Team members who register using an email address from your company domain (the same domain used for the billing account) will be automatically associated with your account. If users will be registering from different email domains (e.g., @gmail.com, @outlook.com), please let us know the email addresses so we can manually associate those to your account.

The billing administrator doesn't need a paid seat unless they're using the AI services
You'll receive monthly notifications if active users exceed your subscription. Inactive users (no login that month) won't contribute to any subscription overage.
Security Requirements
Each team member needs their own account and login credentials
Account sharing is prohibited for operational, security and compliance reasons
