Saved prompts and chats do not automatically synchronize across devices.
For Professional Plus or Enterprise subscribers, you can synchronize your chat and prompts by visiting the "settings" menu and then pressing the "Automatic Cloud Backup" button.
For Professional subscribers, you can visit the "settings" menu, then press the option to manually save your chat and prompts to a file which can be shared with other devices or users.
