Every response has a copy option; paste directly into your EHR, Word, or email. Formatting (headings, bold, bullet points) carries over into Word and most EHR text fields. If your EHR field accepts plain text only, paste there first and formatting is dropped automatically.

BastionGPT does not generate downloadable Word or PDF files today; copy and paste is the workflow, and document export is on our roadmap. For PDF forms: BastionGPT cannot fill a PDF form directly. The effective workflow is to upload the form, ask for the answers organized question by question, and paste them into the form fields yourself.

In Settings (top right corner) you can export your chats and prompts to a file and import them later, on another computer or after moving plans.

Open the session in the transcription section to copy the transcript or the generated note. You can replay the original audio in the session view, but there is no option to download the audio file. Copy anything you want to keep into your records before your retention window deletes it.
