Email changes are handled by our team rather than self-serve. Email [email protected] with the email address you currently use and the address you want to change it to, and we will update it for you. Sending the request from the current address on the account helps us verify it quickly; if you no longer have access to that mailbox, tell us and we will verify another way.
Login email vs. billing email
Two separate emails can be attached to your service, so tell us which you mean (or both):
Login email: what you sign in with. Changing it does not affect billing.
Billing email: where invoices and billing-portal sign-in links go. This is often a different address, especially when an office manager set up the subscription.
A note for teams
If your organization associates users by email domain, moving a user to an address on a different domain can affect that link, so mention it and we will keep the account attached to your organization.
