The AI assistant reads and writes all major languages, including Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Hebrew, and Russian. It can also translate, for example turning an English discharge summary into Spanish patient instructions. By default it replies in the language you write in; to control this, say so in the prompt ("Respond in Spanish") or build it into a saved prompt.

Transcription supports multiple languages and regional dialects, selected when you record; for example Canadian English improves accuracy for Canadian accents while keeping clinical terminology. Each session is transcribed in a single language, chosen when you record. Transcribing two languages within one session is not supported.

Menus, settings, and buttons are currently English-only. Your content, chats, prompts, and transcripts can still be in your language of choice.
